In the footage, the woman is seen crossing a narrow lane while eating fruit when the large tank suddenly collapses toward her. Remarkably, instead of being crushed, the tank landed directly on top of her, and she emerged completely unscathed. CCTV footage shows her head poking out from a hole at the top of the plastic drum.
Locals reported that the unusual event took place at Mansi Residency in Dindoli, Surat, India, after morning prayers on October 5. The woman was returning home after offering prasadam to the local deities.
Residents believe that divine intervention spared her from harm, given that she had just performed a good deed at the Hindu temple. Neighbors rushed out after hearing a loud crash and were stunned to find her standing inside the upright container, perfectly positioned so that the sides missed her body.
Security guard S.M. Mishra explained that the tank had been discarded by a scrap collector who was clearing out old items from the terrace when it was accidentally dropped.
