On Thursday, former presidential aide, Omokri urged Nigerians who are sad due to the outcome of the 2023 presidential election that brought the President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

As expected by reasonable people of the country Asiwaju was meant to clinch the seat of the next president as his house was facing a divided opposition.

Omokri wrote; Waziri Atiku Abubakar is my choice for President in #NigerianElections2023 , and he was, in my opinion, the best Presidential candidate. Having said that, I will say that whoever the Supreme Court says is the validly elected President should be supported by all Nigerians in the interest of peace, progress and prosperity. And I pray that tomorrow they will do the right thing.

He added that whoever emerges winner will surely make Nigeria greater. “Whether it is Atiku, Tinubu, or Peter Obi, any one of them will be an improvement on Buhari. I pray it will be Atiku. However, let God’s will be done.”
