Reacting to the development, PDP’s state Publicity Secretary, Maria Dogo, declared that El-Rufai is “only reaping what he sowed.” She accused the former governor of “stealing the PDP’s mandate” in the 2023 elections and handing it to his successor, Governor Uba Sani. Dogo further alleged that the governor is now hiding behind security agencies to clamp down on political rivals.
