A 31-year-old man, Abubakar Tasi’u Tanimu, has been apprehended by the Adamawa State Police Command for possession of 13 stolen ATM cards, along with a national identity card and a wallet containing various documents. According to the Command’s spokesperson, SP Suleiman Nguroje, the suspect, a resident of the Tsohon Kasuwa neighborhood, had stolen the ATM cards from a market in Mayo-Belwa, a local government area in the southern part of Adamawa State. The cards, issued by different banks to their rightful owners, were traced back to the aforementioned market.

Further investigation revealed that the suspect had pilfered the items from Tsohon Kasuwa in Mayo Belwa Local Government Area and was in the process of selling them at a shopping complex. SP Nguroje assured the public that the suspect would face charges in court once the investigation is concluded. The police are committed to ensuring justice is served in this case.
