In a snippet circulating online, the veteran singer emphasized that while he holds deep respect and affection for these women, his children remain his top priority.

“The mothers of my children are amazing, my Annie is amazing, and the woman I’m with now is amazing. But my real concern is my kids,” he said.

His comments have sparked renewed attention, especially following the announcement of his relationship with Edo lawmaker Natasha Osawaru shortly after his separation from Annie earlier this year.

In a separate development, 2Baba recently expressed deep sorrow over the worsening insecurity in his home state of Benue.
Reacting to the recent massacre in Yelewata by armed herdsmen from neighboring Nasarawa State, the singer took to Instagram to share his anguish.

He condemned the brutal attack, which saw multiple residents—including displaced persons taking shelter in market stalls—slain by the assailants who stormed the area unchallenged.

Another coordinated assault was reported in Daudu, also in Guma Local Government Area.
Describing the killings as a national emergency, 2Baba said the situation has surpassed mere condemnation and now demands decisive action.

“My heart is heavy,” he wrote. “This has gone beyond just words—it needs real intervention now.”
