Renowned Nigerian artist, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has officially parted ways with his longtime manager, Efe Omorogbe, the CEO of talent management firm, Now Muzik….READ ALSO
Both parties announced the decision through a joint statement shared on Instagram by Now Muzik on Wednesday, indicating that the separation was immediate and mutual.
In the statement, Omorogbe expressed gratitude to 2Baba, stating that their collaboration went beyond professional realms. Reflecting on their two-decade-long partnership, he assured that he and his company would continue to offer support to the singer from a distance.
In response, 2Baba acknowledged the significant role played by Efe and his team at Now Muzik in his career success. While expressing gratitude, he acknowledged that all good things must come to an end.
Recalling that 2Baba joined Now Muzik management after his departure from The Plantashun Boiz in 2004, the artist will now be represented by his new management firm, Hypertek Digital.
