2Baba’s Brother Breaks Silence: ‘It’s Time We Help You Out Of Suffering

During a Facebook live session with media personality Daddy Freeze, 2Baba’s former manager, Kaka Igbokwe, claimed that the singer is in a toxic marriage. Kaka alleged that Natasha, a member of the Edo State House of Assembly, has been physically abusive towards 2Baba and disruptive to his business dealings.

According to Kaka, Natasha controls 2Baba’s finances, struggles to account for funds, and fails to pay staff working with the music icon.

In an Instagram story shared on Wednesday, Hyacinth made a heartfelt appeal to his brother, urging him to let his family help. He also shared an audio clip of a song 2Baba recorded, which describes an independent woman taking all his money and leaving him with nothing.

Hyacinth noted that his brother’s lyrics, often meant to inspire, seem to reflect his current reality. He wrote:

“You’ve always been ahead. Always been brilliant. Lyrics meant to inspire, but somehow, it is unfolding in real time… Painful reality. Allow us to save you, Oyinem, you have been suffering for too long. God knows.”
