For example, I had the opportunity to meet Obafemi Awolowo for the first time when I was a baby during his campaigns to the then-Bendel state, as I grew older, I met many others as a child during such campaign occasions.
Recent weeks have seen a flood of stories on Adams Oshiomhole’s ward-to-ward campaigns, and one standout quality that has been noted is how devoted to kids the Deputy DG of the APC presidential campaign committee is.
It is apparent that the locals are well aware of these, as they claim that they and their children’s hopes were to catch a glimpse of Adams Oshiomhole and possibly take one or two good pictures with the masses chairman.
Let me share with you something regarding childhood recollections. Many kids won’t recall how tidy the house was or how much TV they watched. They will recall the books you read them before bed, how you made them smile, and the way you made them feel when you gave them a hug. They will also remember the uncle and aunty who danced with them, and they won’t ever forget the time they spent with such loved ones.
