Omokri claimed that Obi failed the leadership test by not owning up to his mistakes.

“APC had the leaked tape between Peter Obi and Bishop Oyedepo (it is not fake) before the election. They refused to release it, because they felt it would get Nigerians annoyed with Peter Obi and make them vote for Waziri Atiku. That’s why they timed it as they did.”
“If you disliked Tinubu and planned to vote for Peter Obi, and you heard the Yes Daddy tape, who would you have voted for? Most likely Atiku. That’s why APC withheld that tape until after #NigerianElections2023. If elections are held today, Obi won’t even win Lagos.”
