Faith Or Fatality? Woman Accuses Church Doctrine After Losing Baby At Birth (Emotional Video)

In a now-viral video, she recounted growing up in a religious environment where hospitals, medications, and even basic health checkups were considered taboo. She never questioned the doctrine—until she became pregnant.

Following the church’s teachings, she avoided antenatal care, refused multivitamins, and stayed away from hospitals. However, in her third trimester, she began experiencing serious health issues.

Eventually, she secretly visited a doctor and was diagnosed with pre-eclampsia, a dangerous condition that required immediate medical attention. When she informed her husband, he was enraged that she had disobeyed the church’s instructions. Her family and in-laws sided with him, urging her to “trust in faith.”

Her condition worsened, and she collapsed one night. She was rushed to the hospital, where doctors recommended an emergency C-section due to her high blood pressure. Her husband initially resisted medical intervention but later consented, albeit with anger and blame.

Sadly, the baby was born with severe complications and admitted to the NICU. After a month of battling for survival, the child passed away.

Now, the grieving mother says her husband and in-laws are blaming her for the baby’s death, accusing her of lacking faith. She, however, believes the church’s doctrine is what truly failed her and says she’s walking away from it for good.
