Speaking during an interview on Arise Television, Nwosu expressed shock over the recent actions of the electoral body, noting that such a development was unprecedented in his experience.
“I have been involved in party administration and worked with INEC for nearly two decades, and I have never seen anything as scandalous as this,” he said.
Nwosu stressed that INEC officials were present throughout all stages that led to the emergence of the current ADC leadership.
According to him, the commission not only observed the process but also played an advisory role to ensure proper procedures were followed.
“They were involved at every stage. Before taking any step, we consulted them, and they provided guidance because they wanted political parties to succeed,” he added.
