Kaduna State Governor, Uba Sani, has challenged opposition political parties to substantiate their claims that the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) is deliberately targeting or suppressing them.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶

Speaking during an appearance on Arise Television’s Prime Time programme on Tuesday, the governor questioned the commitment and organisation of the opposition, arguing that many of its members are driven more by personal ambition than national interest.

Sani maintained that several opposition politicians have spent the past few months moving from one political party to another in search of platforms ahead of the 2027 general elections, a trend he said reflects a lack of ideological direction.

According to him, the opposition has repeatedly accused the APC of working against it but has failed to provide concrete evidence to support those allegations.

The governor also criticised what he described as the absence of clear policy agendas and political philosophies among opposition parties.

He argued that political parties should focus on strengthening their internal structures, building public confidence and remaining committed to their ideals rather than frequently switching political affiliations.

Sani insisted that parties seeking to challenge the ruling APC must demonstrate discipline, organisation and a clear vision instead of attributing their challenges to alleged persecution by the government.
