Brymo Sparks Controversy With Claims Involving 2Baba and Annie, Confesses To Past Affairs

The singer made the disclosure during an appearance on the NotJustOk podcast on YouTube, where he reflected on experiences that shaped his personal life and career.

According to Brymo, his growing popularity in the entertainment industry attracted the attention of several older women, including some who were married.

He claimed that some of the women told him they were separated from their husbands before they became involved with him.

Drawing from those experiences, the singer advised younger artistes to avoid romantic relationships with married women, warning that such situations could have serious consequences.

Brymo also recounted an incident involving a married woman who invited him to perform at her sister’s wedding before asking him to visit her family home.

He said he initially believed she was referring to her father when she mentioned that “our baba” would be present, but later discovered she was referring to her husband. According to him, he decided against attending because he feared the situation could lead to unnecessary trouble.

The singer also made an allegation involving fellow music star 2Baba and his former wife, Annie Idibia.

Brymo claimed that in 2019, during a meeting at an office in Lekki, Lagos, 2Baba asked Annie whether she had ever been romantically involved with him.

The singer recounted the incident as one of the memorable moments of his career but did not provide further details or evidence to support the claim. Neither 2Baba nor Annie has publicly responded to Brymo’s allegation.
