Zambians Get Major Internet Boost as Liquid Launches New K300 Home Package

Liquid Intelligent Technologies has introduced a new K300 Liquid Home package and enhanced its 4G offerings in Zambia as part of efforts to make reliable, high-speed internet more accessible to households, students, entrepreneurs and small businesses.

According to Bush Radio Academy, the new package is designed to address affordability challenges that have continued to limit access to high-speed internet for many Zambians. The company said the initiative would lower the cost of accessing broadband services while giving customers greater flexibility and value.

Speaking in a recent interview, Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia Chief Executive Officer, Leah Nakazwe Kooma, said affordability remained one of the major barriers to internet adoption in the country. She explained that the introduction of the K300 Liquid Home package was aimed at creating opportunities for more people to access quality internet services while allowing the company to expand its operations.

The new offer covers Liquid’s fibre-to-the-home services, while upgraded 4G MiFi and router packages provide alternative connectivity options for customers who require more flexible internet solutions beyond fixed home connections.

Kooma said the company’s focus extends beyond affordability to providing reliable and high-speed connectivity that delivers value to customers. She noted that Liquid was also upgrading speeds across its fibre packages to improve connectivity, performance and customer experience.

She added that the adjustments were designed to accommodate the different needs and budgets of customers, allowing them to select internet solutions that fit their lifestyles and requirements.

The company expects the new offerings to benefit entrepreneurs and small businesses that increasingly depend on digital platforms to promote their products, communicate with customers and manage daily operations. Students are also expected to benefit from improved access to online learning resources, research materials and virtual classes.

Kooma said customer feedback played a role in shaping the new packages, with the company seeking to improve capacity, affordability and overall service performance.

Liquid Intelligent Technologies said it would continue investing in network capacity, customer experience and service innovation as part of its broader efforts to support Zambia’s digital transformation.

Through the K300 Liquid Home package and enhanced 4G offerings, the telecommunications company aims to expand access to fast and reliable internet, enabling more Zambians to connect, learn, work and grow in an increasingly digital economy.
