This development comes shortly after the party’s State Youth Leader, Prince Haliru Mahmoud Dantsoho, publicly called out former Senate President and former governor of the state, Bukola Saraki.
In a viral video on social media, Dantsoho demanded accountability from Saraki concerning campaign funds for the 2023 general election.
In response to Dantsoho’s outburst, the Kwara PDP has formed a disciplinary committee to investigate his actions. Party leaders in the state criticized the youth leader’s behavior and expressed concern over his unguarded remarks.
The disciplinary committee will review Dantsoho’s conduct and present its findings and recommendations to the party within seven days, with party members being informed of the outcome.
