During his participation in the China-Africa Leaders’ Roundtable Dialogue session, which took place on the sidelines of the BRICS Summit, Vice President Shettima emphasized Nigeria’s favorable reception of China’s new initiatives.

These initiatives encompass support for the modernization of Africa’s agriculture and agribusiness sectors, facilitation of regional integration, and contribution to Africa’s industrialization and infrastructure expansion.

Addressing a substantial audience that included China’s President Xi Jinping and various African leaders, Vice President Shettima presented his perspectives on the theme “Promoting African Integration and Jointly Building a High-Level Africa-China Community with a Shared Future” at the Sandton Convention Centre.
