In Kogi State, confidently asserted that the upcoming November 11 election is an easy victory for the party.

Melaye made this declaration in Lokoja while presiding over the inauguration of the PDP Local Government election campaign committee for all 21 local government councils, which took place at the party’s Secretariat on Thursday.

He expressed his lack of fear towards Governor Yahaya Bello or the APC and encouraged voters not to succumb to intimidation but to turn out in large numbers to exercise their voting rights.

Furthermore, Melaye lamented that Kogi State’s reputation has suffered, characterizing it as a subject of ridicule due to the current administration’s divisive policies that have driven divisions along ethnic and religious lines
