Led by Hamidu Kunaza, the three-member tribunal dismissed the petition filed by Ladi Adebutu, deeming it “incompetent.”
After an extensive 11-hour judgment, the tribunal upheld Abiodun’s election and rejected Adebutu’s petition.
In a unanimous decision, the tribunal declared, “the petition lacks merit and is hereby dismissed.”
