During her official visit to the university’s management, she expressed her concern that the students are unable to focus in an insecure environment.
The First Lady extended her sympathy to the university’s management, staff, parents, and all the students. She also apologized for not visiting earlier due to unforeseen circumstances and assured that her husband’s administration is actively working to revamp the security infrastructure to eliminate bandit activities in the state.
She informed the audience that the combined efforts of security agencies are actively addressing the situation to safely rescue the remaining students.
Hajiya Huriya Dauda Lawal urged the students to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities, while also advising the university management to expand its security measures.
