His Chief Press Secretary, Richard Olatunde, issued a statement urging the people of Ondo State and all Nigerians to disregard these false and misleading claims.

Governor Akeredolu pointed out that these baseless allegations were being spread by politicians with hidden agendas.

The Governor, who returned to the country just five weeks ago from a previous medical trip, expressed his disappointment with those responsible for spreading the rumors, branding them as “malicious politicians” who were unhappy with his return to the state.

He emphasized that his administration continues to function effectively without any disruptions, and he remains steadfast in his commitment to serving the people of Ondo State.
