In order to accommodate the extended material inspection, Justice Ado Birnin-Kudu, the tribunal chairman, adjourned the hearing.

The tribunal had instructed INEC to furnish the SDP with verified copies of electoral materials from the state’s off-cycle poll on November 11 within a 48-hour timeframe.

Additionally, the tribunal directed INEC to allow SDP’s forensic specialists to examine specific election-related materials.

These materials encompassed result sheets for Adavi, Okene, Okehi, Ogori-Magongo, Ajaokuta, Lokoja, Kogi, and Bassa Local Government Areas, as well as the Bimodal Voter Accreditation System.
