Calling on governments at all levels to prioritize meeting the aspirations of citizens with constructive policies, Kukah emphasized the importance of clearly defining the country’s direction. He underscored the need for citizens to be informed about programs and policies affecting their lives. Kukah cautioned against the accumulation of illicit funds in foreign banks, emphasizing the alarming nature of such investments.

The bishop advocated for the recognition and encouragement of ordinary brilliant Nigerians in hospitals and academia. Addressing the fuel subsidy removal, he suggested viewing palliatives as temporary measures and called for fine-tuned government measures to combat kidnapping and other security challenges.

Kukah urged leaders to align with the renewed hope agenda, basing it on a solid foundation of faith and hope for the restoration of the country’s glory. He cautioned against sensationalizing fraud investigations and advised the government to focus on impactful policies. The bishop stressed the need for more infrastructure development and scientific approaches to combat corruption.

Emphasizing the importance of restoring hope to the poor and vulnerable, Kukah called for deliberate efforts in this direction. He appealed to Nigerians to maintain faith in the country, expressing confidence that positive changes would come through individual commitment to self-examination and repentance.
