Umar-Farouq had responded to the EFCC’s invitation and arrived at the Jabi Headquarters around 10:18 a.m. The interrogation, focused on matters the Commission is actively investigating, extended throughout the day.
The session concluded at approximately 10:30 p.m., allowing the former minister to return home. However, she is slated to make a subsequent appearance on Tuesday to provide additional clarifications on various issues that the Commission has identified during its preliminary examinations.
