A surfaced video circulating on the internet captures the moment presidential candidate of the AAC, Omoyele Sowore, confronted former Borno State Governor Shettima and Abacha’s Right Hand Man Al Mustapha at an event. READ FULL ARTICLE HERE
While the purpose of the event remains undisclosed at the time of this report, it appears to have occurred prior to President Tinubu’s assumption of office as Commander-in-Chief.
The video, shared by the AAC presidential candidate himself, has garnered attention online, showcasing Sowore’s assertiveness as he approached and vociferously addressed Kashim Shettima for occupying an incorrect seat in the absence of Tinubu.
Sowore claimed in the video that the seat Shettima occupied was reserved solely for presidential candidates like himself. The ensuing argument drew the attention of Al Mustapha, a prominent figure in the cabinet of former military ruler Abacha.
Al Mustapha taunted Sowore, suggesting that the Sahara Reporters founder was not in the same position he held yesterday.
Sowore replied “It doesn’t matter, I am the truth, I was the student union leader when you all and Abacha rampaging the country.”
