According to Ibiyeomie, his wife requested his salary to go to the market, but he claimed to have heard God instructing him to give the money to Him instead. He obeyed and later received a gift of N25,000, a bag of rice, beans, and a crate of eggs from an anonymous woman, merely an hour after his act of faith.
