A woman identified as Ozima Paris Ekeh has accused the officer and members of his team of assault, harassment, sexual intimidation, and extortion.

In a social media post, Ekeh alleged that the incident happened in 2023 when she was stopped while riding on a commercial motorcycle.

She claimed that Nuhu and his team intercepted the motorcycle in traffic, ordered her and the rider to disembark, and that the officer suddenly became violent, hitting her repeatedly with his firearm without justification.

According to her account, she was forcibly taken into a police shuttle bus where the alleged abuse continued, alongside what she described as inappropriate and degrading remarks.

Ekeh said the experience left her deeply humiliated and traumatised.

She further alleged that while in custody of the officers, she was threatened and made to believe she could be killed without consequence, adding that she feared for her life throughout the encounter.

Ekeh also claimed she was pressured to pay ₦50,000, after which she was taken to a Point of Sale operator to withdraw the money under supervision before handing it over to the officers.

She said the incident left her emotionally distressed and in tears.

The allegations come at a time of heightened public attention on ASP Nuhu, following his arrest in connection with the fatal shooting of a young man identified as Oghenemine in Delta State.

The developments have further intensified concerns over police conduct, accountability, and the alleged misuse of force by security operatives.
