Abuja Motorist Laments Daily Traffic Allegedly Caused By President Bola Tinubu’s Delayed Move To Aso Rock

An Abuja motorist has expressed frustration over the daily traffic congestion allegedly caused by President Bola Tinubu’s delay in moving to Aso Rock, the Presidential Villa in Abuja.

A video circulating online features a man speaking in the background, claiming that commuters are regularly halted every workday when Tinubu travels to the office and shuts down his work. This situation compels motorists to wait for at least 45 minutes each day.

The reasons for this delay have not been officially disclosed by the presidency. Some speculate that ongoing renovations, which commenced after former President Buhari vacated the 32-year-old structure for a temporary residence known as the Glass House in late April, may be a contributing factor.

Following a conflict between the Department of State Service (DSS) and the Nigerian Correctional Service (NcoS) at the court premises over Emefiele’s custody, Ejimakor urged President Bola Tinubu to intervene and prevent the secret service from disobeying court orders.
