Governor Ahmadu Fintiri presided over the ceremony in Yola on Thursday morning, where Mrs. Hannatu Kadala was sworn in as the Chairman, alongside four other members.

During the event, Governor Fintiri emphasized that the appointees were chosen based on their competence and expressed confidence in their ability to effectively perform their duties. He urged the new commission members to uphold fairness in their dealings with all Assembly staff.

In her address, the newly sworn-in Chairman, Mrs. Kadala, expressed gratitude to the governor for the opportunity to serve the state. She assured the staff of the State Assembly Service Commission that she and the other members would prioritize fairness and cooperation, calling for loyalty and teamwork from the staff.

The oath of office was administered by the State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Afraimu Jingi.
