APC Might Kick Me Out – Ndume Drops Bombshell, Says He’s Been To Prison For Honesty

Senator Ali Ndume, representing Borno South, has voiced apprehensions over the possibility of being expelled from the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nigeria’s ruling party.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
Despite the looming threat, Ndume maintained he is unshaken by any suspension or expulsion, stating that he has already endured prison time twice for boldly speaking truth to those in authority — and he has no plans to stop now.
Ndume made these remarks during an interview with Channels Television on Friday.
The vocal senator criticized the current leadership in Nigeria, alleging that genuine democrats have been sidelined by individuals he described as kakistocrats and kleptocrats.
“If kakistocrats and kleptocrats dominate a democracy, then it’s doomed. True democrats have been pushed aside. I’ve said this before — it cost me my position. Now, I wouldn’t be surprised if the next step is expulsion from my party for speaking out,” he said.
On Tinubu’s 2027 Prospects
Ndume also expressed doubt over President Bola Tinubu’s chances in the 2027 election, citing the administration’s failure to include core politicians and the harsh economic realities Nigerians are currently facing.
He warned that unless President Tinubu adopts a more inclusive and responsive leadership style, his re-election bid could be at serious risk — though there is still time to make meaningful corrections.
