APC Unveils New ICT Director In Major Digital Shake-Up

The development was announced in a statement issued on Tuesday by the APC National Publicity Secretary, Felix Morka.

According to the statement, Dr. Majigi’s appointment reflects his outstanding competence, professionalism, and dedication to advancing and consistently improving the party’s ICT framework.

It noted that Dr. Majigi possesses a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity Science, alongside other academic and professional certifications in areas such as web design, programming, and data processing.

Before his new role, he served as the Assistant Director of ICT at the party’s National Secretariat and was later promoted to Acting Director, where he provided strong strategic direction and operational support.

During his tenure as Acting Director, Dr. Majigi was key to enhancing the APC’s ICT infrastructure, supervising data management systems, and introducing digital tools that strengthened party activities across the country.

He also played a major role in the successful rollout of the party’s membership e-registration platform, which improved the efficiency, accessibility, and credibility of the APC’s membership database.

The party stated that his elevation as Director of ICT highlights its commitment to merit-driven appointments, institutional continuity, and the strengthening of internal capacity through experienced and capable personnel.
