APC Vs El-Rufai Showdown: Ruling Party Says Angels Themselves Can’t Handle ADC Vanguard’s Falsehoods
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has responded to a warning issued by former Kaduna State governor, Nasir El-Rufai, against the African Democratic Congress (ADC) Vanguard.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
El-Rufai, in a post on Thursday, berated the ADC Vanguard for attributing to him statements he never made. The group had alleged that El-Rufai accused President Bola Tinubu’s administration of corruption and favouritism — a post it later deleted.
The former FCT Minister clarified that while he may not necessarily disagree with the substance of the claims, he was distancing himself because the comments were fabricated. He stressed that such false attributions are dishonest, damaging, and must stop.
In reaction, APC spokesperson Felix Morka mocked both El-Rufai and the ADC Vanguard, ridiculing the opposition coalition’s lack of credibility. He questioned how such a disorganized group could hope to govern Nigeria.
“Behold the crooked ‘saviours’ of Nigeria, drenched in fabrications, manipulations, lies, and deception — at a scale even their own ‘angels’ cannot handle. PITIFUL…” Morka wrote.
