He highlighted the alarming food insecurity situation in Nigeria, as nearly 25 million Nigerians are at risk of facing hunger, according to the United Nations’ supported food and nutrition analysis published this year.
Governor Alia also expressed his pleasure with the emergence of Abdullahi Ganduje as the new national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC). He praised Ganduje as a patriot who will aid President Bola Tinubu in unifying Nigeria through the renewed hope agenda.
Alia expressed confidence in the new APC leadership, expecting them to bring positive change and fulfill the nation’s expectations.
