At the Lagos Parallel Market, Bureau De Change (BDC) sources report that on Thursday, August 28, 2025, a dollar was being bought at ₦1,548 and sold at ₦1,531.
It’s important to note that the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) does not officially recognize the parallel market. The CBN directs anyone interested in Forex transactions to conduct them through licensed banks.
