Bloodbath In Zamfara: Bandits Slaughter 14, Abduct Scores In Ruthless Raid

At least nine individuals, including five members of the Zamfara Community Protection Guards (ZCPG) and their commander, Garba Dogo, lost their lives in a recent bandit attack in Zamfara State.

The tragic incident unfolded on Friday afternoon in Jangebe, a farming community located in Talata Mafara Local Government Area.

Security analyst Bakatsine shared details of the attack in a post on X (formerly Twitter), revealing that the victims were ambushed by bandits while tending to their farms.

“Bandits struck this afternoon in Jangebe, Talata Mafara LGA of Zamfara State, killing nine people—among them five ZCPG operatives and their commander, Garba Dogo,” the post read.
