Bobrisky’s Midnight Border Crossing Attempt At Seme Fails, Witnesses RevealEyewitnesses have provided further details about the arrest of Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, commonly known as Bobrisky, following his failed attempt to cross the Seme Border. Mr. Kenneth Udo, the Public Relations Officer for the NIS, stated that Bobrisky was apprehended as he is a “person of interest” concerning recent public issues.

According to an eyewitness, Bobrisky arrived at the border around 1:30 AM in a black Mercedes Benz SUV. Initially, Port Health officials attempted to stop the vehicle, but the driver continued until reaching the Immigration checkpoint.

The source recounted, “Idris handed his passport to the driver for stamping at the Nigeria Immigration Service post. An immigration officer named Yusuf, while checking the passport, recognized Bobrisky. He immediately alerted the senior officer on duty and called for the Controller of Immigration, Mr. Muhammad Adamu.”

The officer then invited Bobrisky for processing. Once in the surveillance unit, he was taken to the controller’s office for questioning.

Another source indicated that Bobrisky’s lawyer arrived at Seme to inquire about the reasons for his arrest. Bobrisky remained in the controller’s office until 4:00 PM before being transferred to the Lagos State Command of the NIS for further investigation.
