Boko Haram Insiders In Security Agencies Feeding Terrorists, Alleges Rev Dachomo

Dachomo made the remarks on Monday during an interview on Channels Television’s The Morning Brief, while discussing the persistent insecurity and alleged targeted attacks against Christians, particularly in northern Nigeria. He called on the Federal Government to urgently address the worsening situation.

According to him, “The security structure has been compromised by the absorption of repentant Boko Haram members. They assist their former colleagues by supplying information. They are still connected to their brothers in the bush.”

He further urged the government to take decisive action, adding: “The Federal Government must act. No one should be arrested for killing a cow with chemicals. To prevent further crisis, we may begin to treat our lands with chemicals, and if their cows die, we are prepared for self‑defence. Things have changed. If you withdraw the Nigerian Army, you will see peace.”

The cleric’s comments come amid heightened international attention and allegations by foreign groups suggesting widespread attacks on Christians—claims the Federal Government and several domestic actors have consistently challenged.
