“Most students in Nigeria find it difficult to pay their school fees. I know several who had to leave university because they couldn’t afford it,” he said.

He further explained that many students not only support themselves but also assist their families, invest in farming, and even help pay the school fees of younger siblings during school breaks.

Prof. Yilwatda stated that the program is open to all eligible students across the country.

“If you’re a student facing challenges with school fees, register through your university and apply for the loan. We will cover your full tuition, and you will receive ₦20,000 every month,” he said.
