Expressing commendation for NBRRI’s achievements, Nnaji pledged continued government support through increased funding. He acknowledged the institute’s role in organizing informative forums that serve as crucial meeting points for stakeholders in the construction sector, particularly academia, research, and professional bodies.
Highlighting the significance of research institutes as problem solvers, Nnaji emphasized that NBRRI transcends its role to become a goal-oriented, solution-providing, economic-building, life-saving, and nation-image-enhancing entity. He hailed the institute as a success story and a source of pride for the Ministry of Innovation, Science, and Technology.
Professor Samson Duna, the Director-General of NBRRI, underscored the institute’s commitment to pioneering innovations in building and road infrastructure.
