According to Ngelale, Mustapha has accumulated more than a decade of service within the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission (NUPRC), acquiring substantial experience in the Energy and Space Technology sectors.
He emphasized that Mustapha, in his most recent achievements, completed his Doctorate degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specific focus on Renewable Energy.
He subsequently undertook a Post-Doctoral Fellowship as a Research Associate in the School of Engineering at the prestigious University of Manchester.
Ngelale stated that President Tinubu anticipates that the newly appointed CEO of the ECN will play a pivotal role in advancing the administration’s comprehensive efforts to diversify the country’s energy sources.
This effort is envisioned to be carried out collaboratively across the government with the ultimate objective of industrializing every part of the nation while liberating all citizens from energy poverty.
