In a statement issued by the Force’s Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the new deadline for enforcement is now set for October 2, 2025.

Adejobi explained that this extension follows a significant increase in permit applications via the official portal, showing greater public compliance with the directive.
