President Bola Ahmed Tinubu expressed dismay over Nigeria’s persistent electricity generation challenges despite its vast size. Speaking during the inauguration of the 31-member Presidential Economic Coordination Council at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, President Tinubu described the situation as shameful, noting that Nigeria is currently producing only 4.5GW of electricity.
