A five-member panel of the apex court, headed by Justice Mohammed Garba, on Thursday dismissed the appeal filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate, Asue Ighodalo, describing it as lacking merit.
Justice Garba stated that the appellants failed to convincingly prove that Okpebholo did not receive valid votes or that the decisions of both the tribunal and the appellate court were flawed.
