Breaking: Two Dead After Collapse Of Two-Storey Building

The collapse was caused by the overflow of a nearby waterway, which weakened the building. Saminu Yusif Abdullahi, Public Relations Officer for the Kano State Fire Service, confirmed that the two rescued individuals have been taken to a medical facility, while efforts continue to locate and assist others.

Additionally, the Kano State Emergency Management Agency reported on Wednesday that flooding in the state has led to 31 deaths and the destruction of 5,280 homes.
