She revealed that she was initially slated to become the YBNL Princess but was taken aback when Olamide introduced Temmie Ovwasa instead.
In her own words, “The day Baddo (Olamide) unveiled Temmie Ovwasa, she is my friend but I was really sad. I was supposed to be the YBNL Princess. I was like, ‘Why did they sign someone else?’”
It’s important to note that Temmie later had a falling out with Olamide over allegations of mistreatment.
Candy Bleakz also discussed the challenges of being a female artist in Nigeria, highlighting the criticisms she faces regardless of her appearance or style.
