The Adamawa State Police Command has successfully recovered a stolen Lexus Jeep RX 330 and apprehended two suspects linked to the theft. Following the complaint, the command’s surveillance team conducted a thorough investigation, leading to the arrest of 30-year-old Saidu Mohammed from Gombi LGA, who was found in possession of the stolen vehicle. Subsequently, another suspect, 25-year-old Rabiu Idris from the same locality, was also arrested in connection with the case.

The Commissioner of Police, CP Dankombo Morris, praised the efforts of the officers involved and reiterated the command’s steadfast dedication to ensuring the safety and security of the state.

In a related incident reported by PUNCH in October 2023, the Lagos State Police Command apprehended Ugomsinachi Maxwell for attempting to sell a car he had snatched in Anambra State.
