While he commended the government for removing the fuel subsidy, he suggested that some decisions, like the removal of subsidy leading to the current price of petrol, have enormous impacts on citizens and should be approached with caution.
The CITN President emphasized the need for adequate coordination of policies and activities and opposed the distribution of cash to people.
He recommended that the government should focus on providing transportation as it would benefit more people and have a more positive impact on the populace compared to cash distributions.
Agbeluyi urged the government to consider policies that would benefit the majority of the population and promote the development of the transportation system to improve the overall economic situation.
