A Magistrate Court sitting in Ikeja, Lagos State, has issued a restraining order against Baba Mohbad (Joseph Aloba), Bukky Jesse, Nollywood actor Yomi Fabiyi, Larry Omodia, and Adewale Mariam, warning them to desist from making public statements or engaging in actions that could target the late singer’s wife, Omowunmi, and their son, Liam.....KINDLY READ THE FULL STORY HERE▶
also prohibits any form of harassment, bullying, threats, or attempts to incite the public against Wunmi and Liam for a period of one year.
The ruling follows ongoing disputes and controversies involving the respondents and is aimed at safeguarding the privacy and dignity of the mother and child while preventing further intimidation or defamation.
The court document reads in part:
“An order binding the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th respondents to show cause why they should not be ordered to enter into a recognizance with sureties for their good behavior and to keep the peace for the next one (1) year upon the threat.”
The certified court order was issued on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, by Chief Magistrate M. O. Tanimola at Ogba Magistrate Court, Lagos.
