According to Diario AS, the player attracting interest from Al-Nassr is Andreas Christensen. The Danish defender is reportedly considering an exit from Barcelona following a 2024/25 season plagued by injuries, in which he made just six appearances across all competitions.
With only a year left on his contract, Barcelona’s sporting director Deco and the club’s hierarchy are said to be open to letting him leave and cutting their losses. Despite being well-regarded by new manager Hansi Flick and his coaching staff, Christensen has reportedly emerged as a target for Saudi side Al-Nassr.
AS reports: “The former Chelsea player, whose contract expires in 2026, has the door open to Saudi Arabia. Al-Nassr wants him.”
However, it’s also noted that Christensen is currently happy in Barcelona.
