Taking to his official X (formerly Twitter) account on Saturday, Kwankwaso labeled the reports as “false, baseless, and politically motivated.”

Addressing the claims that he would rather quit politics than rejoin the APC, Kwankwaso stated that he never made such a comment and described the narrative as part of an ongoing campaign of political mischief.

“My attention has been drawn to a statement allegedly expressing my views on Nigeria’s current political realignments,” he wrote.
“I categorically state that such remarks are fabricated and misleading.”

Kwankwaso further clarified that he has chosen to remain silent on ongoing political developments and intends to maintain that stance for the foreseeable future.

He cautioned the public against believing any political statements not released through his verified social media accounts or official channels, urging people to rely on authentic sources for accurate information regarding his political position.

“I have refrained from commenting on contemporary political events, and I will continue to do so,” he concluded.
