Momodu argued that the 2023 election was not significantly different from the 1979 and 1983 elections and that it was the worst election in the country’s history.
Momodu acknowledged that both APC and PDP had their share of internal issues, but he highlighted the distinctiveness of the PDP’s case.
He mentioned the daily press conferences held by the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, which also affected other members of the party.
He concluded by emphasizing that the 2023 presidential election had notable similarities to the elections in 1979 and 1983, highlighting the presence of popular candidates from different regions in each of these elections.
